Driftwood+Twine gift certificates are available in £10, £20, £25 and £50 options. They can be used to pay for physical products or as payment for an in-person workshop.

The gift certificates are valid for six months. Any purchased before Christmas 2025 will automatically be valid until 30 June 2026.

The gift vouchers will be posted to you but can also be sent directly to the recipient, with a card and handwritten note with your personal message. Please leave a note at checkout if you would like to take up this option.

We do our best to ensure the shipping packaging is substantial enough to protect your purchase so that it arrives in perfect order. However, on rare occasions, circumstances beyond our control mean things can become damaged during transit.

If the gift certificate sustains damage during shipping, please send us a clear photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery, along with the serial number and expiry date, and we will do our utmost to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Gift certificates are non-refundable.
At Driftwood+Twine we do our best to keep waste to an absolute minimum and therefore the shipping packaging in which your order is despatched may be being reused. This includes the outer box and any protective material we use to ensure your purchase isn't damaged on its journey to you.

We are committed to making our products and shipping materials plastic free, reusable, recyclable and compostable at home.
